If you aren’t sure how to check your Core’s battery level, refer to this article.
The Core battery should last around 4 days on a full charge, depending on a few factors: how often you use it, how long your meditation sessions are, and whether the sessions you’ve been doing involve more intense vibration patterns.
If you’re having trouble charging your Core, here are a few things you can try:
- Make sure you’re charging it for long enough. It will take approximately an hour to fully charge your Core Meditation Trainer from zero, but if you’re eager to meditate and don’t want to wait the full time, it should take 10-15 minutes to get you enough juice to complete a session.
- Make sure you’re placing it properly in its base. The metal pins in the bottom of the Core should align with the metal pins in the charging base. When you place it in the base correctly, it should fit snugly, and you should see the lights cycle on the top of the Core as the pins make contact.
- Make sure the charging cable is fully connected to the base. Check the connection between the cable and base on the underside, and ensure that it is firmly inserted all the way into the socket.
- Try another charging cable. There could be a problem with the cable, not the Core itself. Core uses a standard USB micro-B connector, which is common for many wireless devices, so you might have one lying around already. If you do, give it a try and see if it resolves the issue.
We recommend when you are not using your Core to place it on the charging base. This will ensure the battery is always charged, and you'll be able to begin meditating without delay.
