The best place to start learning about how Core works is with the Basics series.
If you’ve just created your account and begun to Core, this series will automatically be recommended to you on the “Quick Start” tab of the app, and in the “For You” section.
Even if you’re an experienced meditator, the Basics series is a good starting point, since it will introduce you to the unique way that Core uses vibration to help you focus and guide your breath.
Once you’ve finished Basics, the Fundamentals series (located in the “Guided” section of the “Explore” tab) is a great choice for a next step, especially if you’re new to meditation. This series will introduce you to some concepts and techniques that are foundational to the practice.
After that, it’s up to you to explore the library of meditation content — here are some suggestions about how best to do that.
