Lighting Issues
Core’s lights should appear whenever you pick it up and put your thumbs on the sensors. If the lights aren’t coming on, check the battery level and make sure your Core is charged.
You can enable and disable Core’s lighting via the “Profile” tab. Select “Preferences” and check to see whether “Enable dynamic lighting” is togged on or off.
Vibration issues
Noise. Core’s vibrations are produced by a small motor inside the device, so a certain amount of noise is inevitable. Because of the organic materials, and the interaction between wood, motor, screws, etc. in every Core, it may produce some sound during your meditation sessions.
This may be more noticeable to some people than others. Most people find that using headphones completely eliminates this issue.
If you believe the noise is unusually loud or troublesome, feel free to contact customer support.
Core not vibrating. If Core is not vibrating at all during a “Sound & Music” meditation, make sure you haven’t disabled the vibrations. Scroll down to the details of the meditation, and in the “Vibration” card, tap “Change >”.
If Core’s vibrations are cutting out unexpectedly, or there are no vibrations at all during meditations, there could be problems with the motor in your device, and you should feel free to contact customer support.
Core vibrating after a meditation ends, or in the charging base. If your Core continues to vibrate after the meditation has ended, try manually resetting it by pressing and holding the small white button on the bottom (located between the two screws) for about 7 seconds. You'll see Core light up when the reset is successful, and the vibrations should stop.
You’ll need to re-pair your Core to your phone after resetting it like this.
Try this same process if Core is vibrating in its charging base. If the problem persists, or manually resetting the device has no effect, contact customer support.
