Yes you can! Following these steps will assist you with turning off zones on the Normatec.
Compression must start in Zone 1 at the feet/hand. Zone 1 is the only zone that you can not disable. You can only disable zones starting from the top in Zone 5 (upper thigh) and moving down. For example, you can not disable only Zone 3 (knee).
Regardless of how many zones are active, we recommend always zipping up the boot completely to secure the zipper.
Adjusting the number of zones on the Normatec 3
Open up the Hyperice App and connect it to the Normatec 3 device. Select the Normatec Remote Control and select custom session.
Use the slider to adjust the number of active zones.

You can adjust the number of active zones by following the steps for the App above.
You can also adjust the number of active zones manually on the device itself.
- Power on the device and set it to pressure level 1
- Hold your finger on the minus (-) button for the pressure until the image of the boots starts blinking in the upper zone.
You can now adjust the number of active zones during a session
- Tap the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons to select the desired number of zones.
- Tap the Play/Pause button once to exit this menu
- Set pressure to the desired level and begin treatment
For the Hip Attachment, set the device so Zone 1 (Feet) is solid blue and Zone 2 (Ankles) is blinking. All the other zones should be black. Tap the Play/Pause Button to select
For Legs and Arms, set the device so Zones 1-4 are solid blue and Zone 5 (Upper Thigh) is blinking. Tap the Play/Pause Button to select. (If using Short boots, set the device so Zones 1-3 are solid blue, Zone 4 is blinking and Zone 5 is black)
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to return to this menu anytime the device is not actively running.
