Step 1: Ensure the product is charged enough for the desired use period. All 5 indicator lights will be solid white when the product is completely charged.
Step 2: Press the power button on the side of each device for one second until the indicator lights come on. If the devices are paired, there will be a small white indicator light to the left of the start/stop button. If that light is not on, hold down on the start/stop button to enter pairing mode. You will see a message on the screen to indicate the current status.
Step 3: Once the device is paired, secure the devices to your calves with the velcro wrap. We advise that you do not position the control unit on top of your shin to limit any discomfort.
Step 4: Use the timer and pressure level buttons to adjust your settings and begin your session by pressing the start/stop button. Settings and time can be adjusted at anytime during the session. A session can be ended at any time by pressing the start/stop button.
The product can also be operated using the Hyperice App. After completing Steps 1 & 2, you can connect to the Normatec GO in the Hyperice App and control the product from there.
