If you are experiencing an issue with one of your Venom devices, please follow the steps below,
Please make sure you are using the 18V charger included with the Venom product.

When plugged into the correct charger, the indicator lights on the Venom screen will light up sequentially until the product is fully charged. When the product is fully charged, all 5 lights will be solid and remain on.
The Venom device can only be used while it us unplugged from the charger.
With the device unplugged, hold the "power" button located below the screen just under the indicator lights and Hyperice Logo for ~5 seconds. After ~5 seconds, the lights and screen will come on.
Once powered on, you need to tap the "start" option on the screen before adjusting any settings.
After ~10 seconds, the screen will "lock" and dim in brightness, this is to prevent accidental setting changes during use. You can "unlock" the screen by tapping the "side" button to the right of the screen. You will see the screen get visibly brighter when the screen is unlocked
