This portal will also tell you whether your subscription is currently managed by Core, via the Apple App Store, or via the Google Play Store (in case you can’t remember.)

Customers who used an activation code to begin their subscription are eligible to receive a refund within the first 30 days if they are unsatisfied for any reason.
Please connect with our customer experience team within 30 days of your app download date and request to cancel your subscription. We will issue a full refund for the annual subscription cost.
If your 30-day risk-free trial has already elapsed, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. You will retain access to Core Premium content through the remainder of your subscription term, and will not be billed again.
