If you find a meditation that you particularly enjoy, and you think you might want to repeat it later, it’s a good idea to favorite it so that it’s easy for you to find in the future.

To favorite a meditation, scroll down to the bottom of its details and tap the button that says “Add to Favorites.” |

This will add it to your list of favorites in the “For You” section of the “Explore” tab. You can favorite as many tracks as you’d like, to build a personalized list of your go-to meditations. To un-favorite a meditation and remove it from this list, just open the meditation and tap the “Favorite” button a second time. |
