Exchanging Your Core
If your Core Meditation Trainer has any warranty-covered defects within the first year, we will replace it with a new one.
To initiate your return:
- First, let’s troubleshoot any issues — take a look at our online support docs here, to see if there's a solution to your problem. Or, connect with our customer experience team and let us know the details.
- If we find that your item is indeed in need of replacement, we will ship you a new Core at no cost to you.
- We will ask you to send us back your original Core, ideally with the original packaging, if you still have it. Core will pay for the return shipping and cover the $6 restocking fee.
Please note: If we don’t receive your defective Core back, or find you have done something to void the warranty - like get it wet for example - we will charge your credit card for the replacement Core.
Returning Your Core
If you are unsatisfied with your Core meditation trainer and premium subscription, we will issue a refund to you within the first 21 Days.
To initiate your return and refund:
- Please connect with our customer experience team within 21 days of your shipment date and request a return authorization.
- Return the Core meditation trainer, in good physical condition and ideally in its original packaging (if you still have it).
- As a final step, please include the return authorization number with your return.
If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may not be able to accept it.
Please note that all original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
