Adjusting the Intensity Level
The intensity level represents the applied pressure measured throughout your entire session. The Hyperice App allows you to adjust your intensity levels from level 1 to level 7. To customize your intensity level, click on "Custom" to adjust the Zone Pulse Time and the Zone Pressure. (See attached Pressure Level Values)
Adjusting the Zone Pulse Time
Adjusting the zone pulse time controls the massage duration for each zone. The preset time is ~3 minutes per zone, this can be lowered down to 30 seconds at the shortest time. This gives you the advantage of adding or reducing the massage time per zone.
Adjusting the Zone Pressure
Adjusting the zone pressure controls the level of pressure for each zone. The pressure level per zone ranges from 30 mmHg up to 100 mmHg. An additional 10 mmHg can be added to a particular zone of your choosing using ZoneBoost. Please note that the lower zones will determine the maximum pressure level for all the above zones. If you select to lower the pressure level in zone 1 to 30 mmHg, the upper zones will follow and not exceed that same pressure level.
Adjusting the Routine Time
Adjusting the routine time controls the session duration. The maximum time you can set is 60 minutes with the buttons on the unit but more time can be added at any point during a session by simply pressing the time adjustment button.
Adjusting the Active Zones
Active zones represent the zones you would like to enable or disable. This is not recommended for the Hip attachment but it is still possible if you only want to target the lower quads.
