Charging your device
The Hyperice X 2 is equipped with a lithium-ion battery. The battery automatically charges when the power supply is connected to the Hyperice X device and an electrical outlet. The Hyperice X 2 can also be used while connected to the power supply
Note: When using the product while plugged into the power supply, the device is not "charging". It is simply running off the power coming from the power supply.
The Hyperice X 2 device may need to be plugged in before first use. The battery will provide power for approximately 60-90 minutes of continuous use. Using the device on the maximum heat or cold setting requires more power and may possibly shorten the battery life during that cycle.
It takes approximately four hours to fully charge the battery when the device is plugged in and not in use. The 5 LED lights on your device will light up sequentially while charging. If these lights are still lighting up in any sequence, the device is still charging. A full charge is indicated when all 5 LED lights are solid white and no longer flashing.
