To reduce the risk of electrical shock, fire and personal injury, or property damage, the Hyperboots must
be used in accordance with the following warning, cautions, and safety instructions.
•Unplug from the outlet when not charging, and before putting on or taking off the shoes.
•Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electrical shock, or injury to persons.
•Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
•Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual
•Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
•Do not carry this appliance by the charging cord or use the cord as a handle.
•Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
•Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
•To disconnect, remove plug from the outlet.
•Do not crush - Avoid sharp folds.

•Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may occur regardless of the control setting. Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person.
•Do not use on sensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation. Wear higher socks or check the skin in contact with the heated area of the appliance frequently to reduce the risk of blistering.
•Do not expose to rain, store outdoors.
•Do not use this product for warming animals
•No modification to this equipment is allowed.
•If you experience severe pain, any unusual symptoms, or want to remove the Hyperboot in an emergency during use, stop the session by pressing the [Start/Stop] button and/or power off the device by pushing the [Power] button, loosen straps, and remove the device.
•Carefully examine the device before each use for signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
•Discard the appliance if the covering shows any sign of deterioration, such as checking, blistering, or cracking.
•Do not use while sleeping or driving.
•Do not use on areas of sensitive skin.
•Use only clean, dry feet; socks are recommended.
•Keep Dry - Do not operate in a wet or moist condition.
•Burns can occur regardless of control settings - check skin under the product frequently, immediately turn off and remove the device from the foot at the first sign of discomfort.
•Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
•Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after charging and before cleaning.
When using this electrical device, basic precautions should always be followed:
•Product is to be used by adults who are in good health, not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children under 8 years old should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
•The device has a heated surface. Persons sensitive to heat should use caution when using this device. This device should not be used by persons who are insensitive to heat, or by persons who are unable to react to overheating.
•Outdoor shoes must be removed before use.
•Use only on a clean, dry surface of the body, it is recommended to wear socks.
•Do not use Hyperboot on wet skin or over topical ointments, especially ones that contain heat-producing ingredients, as skin burns could result.
•Do not attempt to take apart the Hyperboot, there are no serviceable parts.
•Do not tamper or alter the Hyperboot in any way.
•To avoid risk of electric shock, do not use the Hyperboot near water, such as near a bathtub, sink, laundry tub, or swimming pool. Do not immerse the device in water.
•To avoid damage and risk of electric shock, never spill liquid of any kind on the Hyperboot.
•The Hyperboot contains a Li-ion battery. The battery must be disposed of safely at an appropriate e-waste disposal or recycling facility.
•Unplug the charger from the battery after charging or prior to use. Hyperboot will not function while the charger is plugged into the battery.
•Never leave the Hyperboot operating or charging unattended.
•Do not sit on, press against, or crush the Hyperboot.
•Do not crush the device by placing items on top of it during storage.
•Examine the device frequently for signs of wear or damage.
•If there are such signs, if the device has been misused or does not work, return it to an authorized Hyperice service center for examination and repair.
•This device is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
•Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
