We want you to be excited about your new purchase and if you have any questions or would like recommendations about your new product, please let us know. You have 30 calendar days from date you received your NormaTec order to start the return or exchange process.
To initiate a return/exchange send us an email, including your original NormaTec order number.
NormaTec Return & Exchange Policy:
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit
1) Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Obtain an RMA number by contacting us at customersupport@hyperice.com. Returned items without an RMA number will not be eligible for a credit to your account.
2) Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date
3) Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be so notified. Unacceptable returns and/or exchanges may be reshipped to you following payment of an inspection/shipping fee.
* Please note that NormaTec does not reimburse shipping costs for returns or shipping fees applied at checkout.
5) If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason, you will be refunded the cost of your order less shipping fees.
6) All partial or full refunds will be posted to the credit card used for purchase within 3-5 business days.
7) NormaTec is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- We do not accept returns or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
- We only allow returns/refunds on promotional kits and bundles, if all items included in your order are returned.
Return Shipping Directions
Step 1: Please connect with our customer experience team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Place item(s) with original packaging and all original shipping documentation inside the shipping box. Be sure to include your name, contact information, reason for return, and RMA number in the shipment so that we can properly process your return/exchange.
Step 3: Ensure your name, address and RMA number are also on the outside of the shipping box, and ship to the address below:
