We are working very hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Because of this, once an order is placed we are not able to change or cancel it.
If your shipping address is wrong, you can contact the carrier and request to have it held at your local pick-up location, where you can pick it up as long as you have your tracking number and government issued ID.
If you no longer want your product, upon delivery you can refuse the package (do not sign) and it will automatically be sent back to us. We will then contact you confirming a desired refund or address change.
